Cold items: fromage blanc, fruit yogurt (Swiss), Bircher muesli, fruit juices, fresh fruits and vegetables, smoked salmon, cereals, muesli, dried fruits and nuts.
Hot items: eggs, veal sausages, bacon, pancakes.
Beverages: coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate, Ovomaltine, milk, plant-based milk, fresh juice upon request.
Local or homemade products: local cheese, local charcuterie, homemade jam and compote, local organic bread, Val d’Hérens honey.
