Booking Conditions

To guarantee the reservation, the customer is asked to provide their valid bank card number, transmitted via a secure method. The full payment for the stay is made directly to the hotelier. For certain reservations, a deposit may be requested to guarantee the reservation. This deposit must be paid within a deadline communicated at the time of the reservation request directly to the Hotel. Two methods of deposit payment are possible: either by bank transfer to the hotel or by bank card. In this case, the reservation only becomes firm and definitive upon receipt of the deposit by the hotelier, within the specified deadlines. The payment of the balance of the stay will be made on site with the hotelier. The customer is asked to plan an arrival at the hotel before 9:00 PM (local time) and to notify the hotelier in case of late arrival at least 3 hours in advance.

Modification of a Reservation

Any request for modification of a reservation must be made as soon as possible. The request must be made at the latest 7 days before the stay in high season and 48 hours before the stay in low season, subject to refusal by the Hotel. The reservation modification is only firm and definitive after receiving confirmation by email from the hotel. Modification requests may, where applicable, result in the application of the cancellation conditions. In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to accommodate customers in a nearby hotel of equivalent category, without any price modification or consideration.

Cancellation Conditions

To cancel a reservation, the customer is invited to contact Dent Blanche Resort, at +41 27 327 41 41 or dentblanche@temptingplaces-collection.com. Cancellation requested by email will only be effective after Dent Blanche Resort sends a cancellation confirmation by email to the customer. The date of receipt of the cancellation request (by email, mail, or phone) will be the date retained for cancellation. In case of the customer’s no-show at the hotel and in the absence of cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Special Conditions Applicable to Promotional Offers

Reservations made under a promotional offer are subject to special conditions that override the establishment’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These offers are valid only for the specified sales and stay periods and are non-cumulative with other advantages. Unless otherwise indicated, promotional reservations require full payment of the stay at the time of booking and are considered non-modifiable and non-refundable. In the event of total or partial cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the entire prepaid amount will be kept by Dent-Blanche Resort Exploitation Sàrl as compensation.

Booking Conditions (Promotional Offers)

Special offers and promotional rates are exclusively valid on the website www.dent-blanche-resort.com, within the limit of available rooms. Offers cannot be combined with any other current promotional offer. Rates are expressed in CHF, are given for information purposes, and are subject to modification without notice. They do not include the visitor’s tax. The hotel charges the total amount of the stay upon reservation. In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay remains acquired by the hotelier without the customer being able to claim any reimbursement. For a stay of at least 2 nights, in the event of a no-show on the first night, the hotelier is no longer required to keep the room for the remaining duration of the stay.

Modification of a Reservation (Promotional Offers)

The dates of stay, the duration of the stay, as well as the characteristics of the stay (room type, number of people, number of rooms reserved, breakfast option, etc.) are not modifiable once the reservation has been made without the agreement of the hotel.

Cancellation Conditions (Promotional Offers)

In case of cancellation, the total amount of the stay remains acquired by the hotel without the customer being able to claim any reimbursement.

Mediation

In the event of a dispute or claim, the customer is required to first contact the commercial department of Dent-Blanche Resort Exploitation Sàrl in writing. In the absence of a satisfactory response within 30 days, or in the absence of a response, the customer can gratuitously contact the Ombudsman Office of the Swiss Travel Sector. The Ombudsman treats complaints from the accommodation sector and acts as a neutral mediation entity to facilitate an amicable settlement. The contact details and submission procedures are available on their website: www.ombudsman-touristik.ch (Ombudsman of the Swiss Travel Sector).
